A: 5 Star Auto Glass offer’s lifetime warranties in writing for as long as you own your car.

Q: Will my insurance premiums go up?

A: No, insurance will not increase under comprehensive coverage but double check with your insurance.

Q: I have no insurance for glass coverage.  Does 5 Star Auto Glass only take insurance claims?

A: No, 5 Star Auto Glass in an affordable full service glass company with or without insurance coverage.

Q: My insurance company gave me a list of glass shops to use; do I have to use them?

A: No, it’s your vehicle and you have a right to demand the very best.  Your insurance company does not have the right to tell you who should work on your vehicle.  Even if your car is a lease, you can still request 5 Star Auto Glass to do the installment.


Q: How does my deductible work?

A: Your deductible is a portion of your bill you are required to pay.  It falls under comprehensive.

Q: Do you cover deductibles?

A: Yes we do, but some limits apply.

Q:Do you invoice my insurance company directly?

A:Yes, 5 Star Auto Glass is recognizes by all insurance companies.

Q: Can 5 Star Auto Glass repair my windshield at home?

A: Yes, 5 Star Auto Glass will take care of all the work.  Just call our service representative and they will set up a direct bill to your insurance company for the service.  There is no extra charge for this service, we are glad to assist you when you need us.

Q: Can 5 Star Auto Glass repair my glass?

A: Yes, in some cases 5 Star Auto Glass can repair your glass instead of replacing it.  Please call us for as appointment to verify replacement vs. repair.  We have a 12-Point Checklist when performing any install.
